About the Role

• As our new Junior General Services in Milan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operations within our tech company. Your responsibilities will include giving support to manage orders, maintaining office supplies, and promptly responding to employee requests. Also, you will be involved in the planning of company events.

• You will get in touch with vendors, control inventory, track expenses, and optimize workspace areas for efficiency. A key aspect of your role will involve effective communication with employees and team members. Soft skills such as availability, communication, flexibility, multitasking, organization, precision, and a good level of English are essential for success in this position. 

Requirements

• Support in Managing Orders:  

• Order Processing: Receive, review, and process orders for office supplies, equipment, and services. 

• Support with Vendors: Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of orders. 

• Support in Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and reorder supplies as needed. 

Keeping the Office Stocked: 

• Supply Management: Ensure essential office supplies are stocked and readily available for employees. 

• Equipment Maintenance: Support the maintenance and repairs for office equipment to ensure smooth operations. 

• Workspace Organization: Arrange and support the management of storage areas to optimize space utilization and accessibility.  

Responding to Requests:  

• Employee Support: Address employee requests for supplies, equipment, or services promptly and efficiently. 

• Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues related to orders, stock availability, or service requests promptly. 

• Communication: Maintain open communication channels with employees and HR. 

• Office presence required at 100%

• Availability: Be readily accessible to address any office-related needs or emergencies. 

• Good organizational and time management skills. 

• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in handling various tasks and challenges that may arise in a dynamic work environment.

• Ability to Content Switch and Multitasking: Juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently, seamlessly transitioning between tasks while maintaining productivity.
