ph3Executive Business Partner (m/f/x) /h3pLocation: Milan Contract Type: Permanent contract, Fulltime /ppWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Business Partner to provide high-level support to the General Manager and support the successful execution of business priorities across the Italian affiliate. This is a broad and highly visible role that goes beyond traditional executive assistance, combining executive support, stakeholder coordination, office operations, supplier management, employee services, and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who can work independently, anticipate challenges, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive administrative excellence across the organization. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide senior-level administrative and business support to the General Manager. /liliAct as a trusted representative of the General Manager's Office when interacting with senior leaders, employees and external stakeholders. /liliManage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive priorities. /liliSupport preparation of executive presentations, leadership materials and business communications. /liliCoordinate internal communications and corporate correspondence. /liliLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations. /liliCoordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities in partnership with managers and support functions. /liliSupport supplier management, purchase orders, and office-related services. /liliCoordinate mandatory medical examinations and employee health initiatives with external providers. /liliSupport health, safety, and compliance-related administrative processes and documentation. /liliAssist with employee engagement activities, company events, and welfare initiatives. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance the employee experience. /li /ulh3Required Skills and Experience /h3ulliSeveral years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, Business Support, or similar role. /liliDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced environment. /liliStrong stakeholder management and organizational skills. /liliExcellent communication and relationship-building capabilities. /liliAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. /liliExperience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries. /liliExposure to supplier management, office operations, onboarding/offboarding, or compliance-related activities. /liliExperience with Concur and other business systems. /liliKnowledge of SAP, Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau is an advantage. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3pWe offer an open-ended contract (Tempo Indeterminato) regulated by the CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, with a gross annual salary range of €45,000 - €55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. /ppIn addition, we provide an outstanding benefits package, an annual merit-based reward process, and an individual development plan to support your professional growth and career progression. /ppReady to make an impact?
