WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities. Acting as Senior Consultant/Manager, you will be involved in strategic projects for Insurance clients, playing a key role in helping them reshape and optimize their business and operating models, also leveraging new digital and AI-driven solutions. Specifically, you will support projects focused on business transformation, process optimization, data analysis, and innovative solutions. You will have the opportunity to lead project workstreams and, at Manager level, projects within the Insurance Industry, adopting a structured problem-solving and innovative approach and leveraging relevant experiences and AI capabilities where relevant. In this role, you will apply structured problem-solving and strong analytical skills to translate business challenges into actionable recommendations, while contributing to the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions, including AI agents, knowledge workflows, integrations and evaluation approaches. You will take responsibility for the results of your own workstream and, at Manager level, oversee project planning, delivery and profitability in line with agreed targets. Additionally, you will coach and support the professional growth of project team members and coordinated resources, while contributing to the maintenance and development of commercial opportunities, new areas of opportunity, and innovative offerings for current and prospective clients.
• Tech & tools stack. You will use business tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook...) and AI tools (enterprise AI platforms, AI agents, RAG/knowledge workflows, integrations, evaluations and observability with guidance).
• Team & customer. Your role will focus on proactively and responsibly leading complex projects and executing project tasks, coordinating the project team and taking responsibility for key project activities, while supporting and progressively taking ownership of client-facing activities and managing client relationships. You will work alongside a team of Management Consulting specialists with strong expertise in the insurance industry, delivering business and transformation solutions to leading insurance companies, from strategy and operating model transformation to digital and technology-enabled innovation.
• Academic background. Bachelor or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Business Management or Economics.
• Technical & strategic skills. 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably on Insurance and Financial Services projects. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and proven experiences in managing complex strategic projects, also leveraging on innovative methodologies/ frameworks. Good knowledge of English and excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint usage. Experience in designing and validating AI-driven solutions by translating business requirements into functional prototypes, enabling rapid experimentation, stakeholder alignment and scalable business outcomes.
• Nice to have. Business case development & value assessment: full understanding of business case definition methodologies, including business objectives translation, value drivers identification, benefit assessment and estimation of costs. Cost and impact analysis: ability to assess financial impacts, define cost structures and evaluate the sustainability of proposed solutions over time. Business performance metrics: familiarity with key performance indicators and measurement frameworks to support decision-making and track value realization. Benchmarking techniques: knowledge of benchmarking methodologies to compare business performance, operating models and processes against market practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Soft skills. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage relationship with client and to coordinate team members. Team player willing to share ideas and work collaboratively.

The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The job classification will be assessed starting from level B2, and the gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €38,000 to €65,000.
