ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liLead and coordinate HR activities across Alpitronic's European entities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, company culture and global HR standards /li liDrive the standardization, harmonization and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and procedures across all European locations /li liDesign, implement and oversee local HR structures, guidelines and organizational frameworks in compliance with local labor legislation and company policies /li liAct as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and organizational effectiveness /li liPartner with business leaders to support organizational development, workforce planning, employee engagement and overall people performance /li liIdentify organizational and operational improvement opportunities and implement measures to increase efficiency, scalability and employee experience /li liEnsure compliance with national labor laws, internal policies and regulatory requirements, while overseeing accurate and timely payroll execution /li liLead HR budgeting, workforce planning and HR controlling activities, providing data-driven insights, KPI reporting and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making /li liEnsure the effective utilization and continuous enhancement of HR systems, maintaining high standards of data quality and process efficiency /li liDrive and support key global HR processes, including performance management, talent management, learning development, succession planning and retention initiatives /li liFoster constructive relationships with works councils, labor representatives, external consultants and other relevant stakeholders across Europe /li liCollaborate closely with global HR teams and other regions to ensure alignment of processes, policies and strategic initiatives /li /ul h3YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /h3 ul liDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field /li liSeveral years of progressive HR experience, including a strategic HR Business Partner or HR leadership role within an international and multi-site environment /li liSolid expertise across core HR disciplines, including Personnel Administration, Labor Relations, Health Safety, Compensation Benefits, Talent Management, Learning Development, Recruitment, HR Controlling and Diversity Inclusion /li liStrong knowledge of Italian and European employment legislation, labor regulations and HR best practices /li liProven experience in driving organizational change, implementing HR strategies and leading complex HR initiatives aligned with business objectives /li liExperience managing HR processes across multiple countries and collaborating in international matrix organizations /li liStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate HR data, KPIs and workforce insights into strategic recommendations /li liExcellent leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all organizational levels /li liStrong communication, negotiation and relationship-building capabilities, including experience interacting with works councils, employee representatives and external partners /li liHands‑on approach combined with strategic thinking, business acumen and a results‑oriented mindset /li liExcellent knowledge of English as well as Italian and/or German /li /ul h3OUR COMMITMENT /h3 ul liInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team /li liHigh‑tech projects in the future‑proof sector of e‑mobility /li liOpportunities for advancement in a growing company /li liA wide range of further training opportunities /li liTotal compensation: €120.000 - €180.000 including 40% variable bonus based on goal achievement /li liAdditional company benefits /li /ul pThe compensation range provided is based on the current scope and location of the role.
