**Location:** Milan, Rome , Porcari (LU)**Your team**The Marketing team’s mission is to establish a distinctive brand positioning for Snai, driving growth through cross-channel communication, leveraging strategic media and partnerships to maximize visibility and conversion across all touchpoints, while fostering innovation and ensuring a consistent brand experience.**Your role**As **Retail & Omnichannel Marketing Manager**, you will define and execute the omnichannel retail marketing strategy, ensuring alignment between physical stores and digital channels. You will plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention, monitoring performance through KPIs and ROI. You will ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and compliance with industry regulations and responsible gaming standards. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize the omnichannel customer journey and maximize conversion between physical and digital channels.**What you’ll do:*** Define, implement, and lead the omnichannel retail marketing strategy and plan (managing the related budget), ensuring consistency between the physical channel (network of over 1,600 mainly franchised stores) and the online channel (mobile app and website).* Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns (across media and online/offline touchpoints) to support omnichannel customer acquisition and retention, monitoring efficiency and effectiveness through appropriate performance KPIs and ROI.* Ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints aimed at omnichannel customers.* Define the retail CRM strategy with a focus on loyalty and retention, emphasizing the acquisition of qualified customers, play frequency, and customer lifetime value.* Coordinate digital local marketing activities to support physical stores in their territories.* Analyze market data, customer insights, and channel performance to guide strategic and tactical decisions.* Interface with Legal, Compliance, and Responsible Gaming teams to ensure that all communication initiatives comply with industry regulations and responsible gaming guidelines.* Collaborate with Retail Sales, Acquisition, CVM, Customer Care, Product, IT teams, as well as external agencies and vendors, to optimize the omnichannel customer journey and drive conversion between physical and digital channels.**What you’ll bring*** Experience in retail and omnichannel marketing, preferably in structured multichannel organizations (both online and offline) with a large network of franchised stores.* Strong expertise in digital marketing (digital local strategy, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, content, performance marketing, etc.).* Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and loyalty programs.* Familiarity with analytics tools, CRM systems, digital and e-commerce platforms, and the ability to analyze marketing and commercial KPIs (store traffic, conversion, average ticket, sell-out, campaign ROI, etc.).* Understanding of customer experience principles and the omnichannel journey.* Strategic and results-driven mindset with strong execution skills, data orientation, and a proactive approach to innovation, change, and problem-solving.* Customer-centric leader with excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder influence, and people management capabilities.* Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, able to convey ideas clearly and inspire teams.* Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related fields.* At least 5–8 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on retail and omnichannel.* Proficiency in English and Italian.* Availability for occasional travel and on-site interactions with the retail network.**Why choose us:*** Permanent contract with Hybrid Work.* A dynamic environment within the world’s largest online gaming group.* Opportunities for learning, growth and cross-country collaboration.* Meal allowance.* Supplemental Health Insurance.**Choose us also for:*** An inclusive work culture and access to our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.* Well-Being Support: meditation courses, online medical services and counselling with certified coaches and psychologists.* Learning & Development: training platforms, workshops, conferences, and our FlexiLearning program (4 hours per month dedicated to learning).* Parental Leave Packages offering additional financial and practical support.* Volunteering during working hours.* Have a look at our amazing blog Inside: hear directly from our employees at the following link: .* Reviews and comments from our and pages.
