FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

ppWe are looking for a professional with a technical background in electronics or IT, combining strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach, to join our Service Team as a Field Service Engineer. /ppThe successful candidate will work mainly independently, while always being part of a team. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliPerform equipment installations, troubleshooting and predictive maintenance activities to ensure the proper operation of our systems. /liliDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, both remotely via VPN and on site at customer locations across Italy. /liliCarry out repairs on equipment received at our in‑house laboratory. /liliCommunicate with customers throughout the technical support process. /liliLiaise with the technical support teams of our device manufacturers. /liliInstall and configure medical software and integrate it into hospital IT networks. /liliAccurately complete work reports and dedicated checklists, ensuring that the equipment maintenance database is updated promptly. /liliWork closely with the Service, Sales and Back Office teams to optimise operational efficiency and management costs, including the procurement of any spare parts required for equipment repairs. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or a technical high school diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology. /liliAbility to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams. /liliKnowledge of IT networks and Windows environments. /liliAccuracy, a practical mindset and the ability to adapt to different working environments. /liliExcellent command of Italian and good knowledge of English (B2 level). /liliAvailability to travel across Italy, with the possibility of returning home on the same day. /liliPrevious experience in the medical sector and knowledge of SQL databases and DICOM standards will be considered a plus. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3pFull‑time employment under the Italian CCNL Metalmeccanico, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. /ppSalary will be discussed during the interview process and determined based on the candidate’s actual experience. /ppA personalised and ongoing professional training programme, including training opportunities with our international suppliers. /ppA company vehicle registered as a commercial vehicle to support travel to operational sites, equipped with Telepass and a fuel card, as well as a company laptop and mobile phone. /ppELSE Solutions Ltd. is ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified (Bureau Veritas) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
