This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or young professional passionate about innovation in cosmetics, healthcare products, and medical devices. /ppThe successful candidate will support the development of new products from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Supply Chain. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey activities /strong /pulliSupport the formulation and development of cosmetic and medical device products. /liliConduct laboratory trials, prototype preparation, and product evaluations. /liliAssist in the execution and documentation of stability, compatibility, and performance testing. /liliMaintain accurate laboratory records and prepare technical reports. /liliCollaborate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. /liliSupport product transfer activities from laboratory scale to industrial production. /liliParticipate in competitive benchmarking and ingredient research. /liliAssist in the preparation of technical documentation and product specifications. /liliContribute to innovation projects and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy.
