The Associate Director, Market Access is an EMEA-focused leadership role responsible for developing and executing market access strategies that secure reimbursement and sustainable adoption for the company’s interventional vascular technologies (IVL portfolio). The role also provides targeted strategic support to Market Access leadership across LATAM, Emerging Markets, and the Middle East. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliLead and execute the market access strategy for the IVL portfolio across EMEA, aligned with global, regional, and country business objectives. /liliAssess market dynamics, competitive landscapes, reimbursement policies, and regulatory requirements to identify opportunities and barriers. /liliPartner with commercial, marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, and finance leadership to shape pricing, contracting, and reimbursement models. /liliDrive a business-development mindset across EMEA - identifying and sizing new market entry and growth opportunities. /liliOversee timely delivery of reimbursement submissions, HTA evaluations, value dossiers, and HEOR/RWE activities across priority EMEA markets. /liliBuild and maintain relationships with payers, policy makers, healthcare providers, and industry associations. /liliLead high-impact value conversations with key decision-makers and support senior commercial leaders in external engagements. /li /ulh3CANDIDATE PROFILE /h3ulli8-10+ years of experience in market access, reimbursement, or HEOR (medical devices sector and cardiovascular experience preferred). /liliDemonstrated experience leading reimbursement and/or HTA submissions across multiple countries. /liliStrong business development and commercial acumen, with the ability to build and present financially grounded business cases. /liliProven ability to lead and influence cross-functional, matrixed teams across diverse stakeholders. /liliStrong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages a plus. /liliStrategic, self-reliant, results-oriented, and comfortable operating with a low need for supervision. /li /ulpConfidential Search - the client’s identity is disclosed only to shortlisted, qualified candidates. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
