Luxury Front Desk Leader - Guest Experience & VIP Service
Rosewood Hotel Group
Rosewood Hotel Group in Rome is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role requires a passionate leader with at least 7 years of luxury hospitality experience, including 3 years in a managerial position.
Key responsibilities include managing check-in/check-out processes, supervising front office staff, and preparing departmental budgets.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in PMS systems.
