Senior Ingegnere di Saldatura – Responsabilità

• Adopt an ethical approach to work in accordance with the philosophy of Nuclear Safety Culture.
• Organize and coordinate welding test activities for procedures and mock‑ups.
• Use in depth knowledge of applicable codes and various welding processes, demonstrating competence to manage and organize activities across projects.
• Develop prototypes to design and validate new welding solutions.
• Apply industrial process engineering fundamentals to welding procedures.
• Implement robotics in welding activities.
• Supervise mechanical lab tests required to validate qualifications and procedures.
• Be familiar with ASME / EN / RCC‑M codes and key ASTM and EN standards regulating mechanical tests, laboratory procedures and welding processes and associated provisions.
• Generate welding procedures and welder qualifications documentation (WB – WPS / PQR) in line with applicable codes and client‑imposed standards.
• Select filler materials for each job based on applicable codes, standards, contract specifications, demonstrating detailed knowledge of welding materials aligned with joint design and fabrication solutions.

Competenze e Livello Di Esperienza Ricercati

• 5+ years of prior experience in the role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
• Required professional qualifications: Welding Technologist or Welding Engineer (IWT/IWE).
