Regional Business Development Lead - Defense Tech

DroneShield is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across Italy and neighbouring regions. The role bridges inside sales execution and regional BD ownership, reporting to the Partnerships Director in Italy with cross- collaboration with the Amsterdam office.
The ideal candidate will move beyond inside sales into broader, externally focused responsibilities, learning about RF, sensors, and electronics-based systems while collaborating with senior leadership and field
