ppAs Senior Leadership Development Talent Management Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how we identify, develop and prepare our people for greater impact across the organisation. /ppWorking closely with senior leaders, People Managers and HR, you will design and implement leadership and talent initiatives that translate business priorities into concrete development experiences, from leadership journeys and talent reviews to succession planning, career development and performance enablement. /ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliDesign and implement leadership development initiatives across different leadership levels, aligned with Alpitronic's leadership framework and business priorities /liliFacilitate impactful development experiences through workshops, coaching, mentoring, peer learning and experiential learning approaches /liliDrive talent management processes, including talent identification, assessment, calibration, succession planning and development planning /liliSupport the definition and implementation of career progression models and internal mobility opportunities across managerial and expert career paths /liliContribute to the evolution of performance management, competency frameworks and employee development practices across the organisation /liliEnable People Managers to conduct effective goal-setting, feedback and development conversations /liliLead Leadership Talent Development initiatives from needs analysis and design through implementation and impact measurement /liliPartner closely with senior leaders, People Managers and HR stakeholders to translate business needs into pragmatic people development solutions /liliLeverage people data, KPIs and market best practices to measure effectiveness and continuously improve programs and initiatives /liliManage relationships with selected external partners, coaches and development providers /li /ulh3YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /h3ulliUniversity degree in Human Resources, Work Organisational Psychology, Business, Organisational Development or a related field /liliSolid previous experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organisational Development or a consulting environment /liliProven experience in designing and implementing leadership and talent development initiatives within complex organisations /liliExperience facilitating workshops and development sessions with managers and senior stakeholders /liliStrong knowledge of Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Performance Management and Career Development practices /liliSolid project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives /liliConfidence working with people data, KPIs and insights to measure impact and support decision-making /liliCoaching accreditation and/or certification in assessment tools (e.g. Gallup, Hogan, MBTI) is considered an advantage /liliStrong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills /liliBusiness-oriented, pragmatic and hands-on approach as well as high level of ownership, analytical thinking and learning agility /liliAbility to influence and collaborate effectively across different functions, cultures and organisational levels /liliFluent in English, German and/or Italian are an advantage /li /ulh3OUR COMMITMENT /h3ulliInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team /liliHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility /liliOpportunities for advancement in a growing company /liliA wide range of further training opportunities /liliTotal compensation starting from € 64,000 gross per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement /liliAdditional company benefits /li /ulpThe compensation indicated represents the total compensation for this role.
