In questo ruolo, supporti la Practice Data Analytics nello sviluppo di soluzioni AI end-to-end e architetture applicative avanzate. Lavori a stretto contatto con il team di presales e delivery per proporre, stimare e presentare soluzioni ai clienti, guidando progetti e coordinando un team tecnico. Contribuisci a tradurre esigenze di business in architetture sostenibili e scalabili, in un contesto di innovazione tecnologica. Un'opportunità per plasmare soluzioni AI su larga scala all'interno di una community tecnologica inclusiva.

- Retribuzione annua lorda iniziale a partire da 50.000 (riferimento)

Responsabilità
- Costruzione di proposte tecnico-commerciali
- Stima degli effort e definizione di roadmap
- Presentazione delle soluzioni a livello tecnico ed executive
- Coordinamento progetti di delivery, gestione pianificazione e rischi
- Gestione e sviluppo di un team di risorse tecniche
- Raccordo tra esigenze di business e soluzioni architetturali sostenibili
Requisiti fondamentali
- Progettazione di architetture AI/GenAI: agenti, multi-agent, RAG, LLM gateway
- Piattaforme cloud (GCP e/o Azure) e relativi servizi AI/data
- Integrazione enterprise (API, event-driven, SAP/Salesforce/Databricks)
- Governance, sicurezza e compliance in AI
- Capacità di definire architetture scalabili e documentarle a livello tecnico ed executive
- Project management (pianificazione, stima, gestione rischi) e presales, leadership di team
