ppSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: /p h3RESTAURANT MANAGER /h3 pDate: Sep 7, 2026 /p pLocation: Rome, IT Italy /p pDepartment: Food and Beverage /p pJoin bAnantara Hotels and Resorts /b if you are passionate about a career that offers authentic luxury in some of the world's most unique and exciting locations. /p pYou will have the opportunity to work in locations that range from the buzz of Bangkok to the expanse of the Arabian desert, the sparkling Indian Ocean, or the cultural heritage of Europe. /p pYou will also be part of a team that embraces the modern character of each destination, while upholding world-class operational standards and delivering a uniquely personal service to every guest. /p h3bWhat will be your mission? /b /h3 pAs bMaitre /b, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel FB outlet (restaurant, lounge, room service, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort of delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability. /p h3bWhat will you do? /b /h3 ul liManage day-to-day operations, ensuring processes and procedures related to product set ups, quality and service and meeting brand standards. /li liOrganize, coordinate and assign the activities, tasks and shifts of the restaurant staff. /li liSupervise service of all FB team members for all areas under his/her responsibilities. /li liEnsure that team members know and offer the different products and services available at the hotel’s restaurant. /li liMake sure that all information communicated by hotel in-house commercial department is received and properly executed by the FB team. /li liTogether with the relevant responsible, work in the menu planning according to the company's quality criteria. /li liSupervise the assembly of the hotel rooms in the organization of events, organizing the layout of the rooms based on the information transmitted by the commercial department. /li liMaintain a direct and frequent contact with guests to ensure that their expectations are meet. /li liDemonstrate an excellent knowledge of frequent guests paying attention to their preferences. /li liHandle and monitor comments, suggestions and complaints from guests, creating and executing action plans. /li liDevelop and implement procedures for managing quality of FB areas. /li liIdentify opportunities to increase the FB Department income by Upselling. /li liControl the expenses within all areas under his/her responsibilities and participate in the preparation of the annual departmental budget. /li liRecruit, interview and train team members. /li liProvide supervision, feedback and recognition to the team members on their performance and development. /li liEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standard. /li /ul h3bWhat are we looking for? /b /h3 ul liAt least 2-3 years’ of FB supervisory experience developing similar functions in other hotel chains or related industries. /li liVocational training on hospitality/FB. /li liFluency in local language is a must and knowledge of English is highly valuable. /li liWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office,TMS, etc) and POS system. /li liResults driven and focus on detail. /li liOutstanding organizational and leadership skills. /li liHigh level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities. /li liInterpersonal and communication skills. /li liAbility to recognize and resolve problems efficiently. /li /ul h3bWhy choose us? /b /h3 pAt bMinor Hotels Europe Americas /b we are committed to shaping exciting careers worldwide and cross-cultural experiences.
