Your work will empower our engineering teams to deliver high-quality software with confidence, enabling our Engineers to build products that will eliminate the financial bureaucracy for our customers. /ppbWhat you'll ship /b /ppOversee the health, stability and scalability of CI/CD infrastructure to support Mollie's product delivery. /ppMonitor and respond to outages in those systems to maintain high availability, reliability and operational standards. /ppDevelop, scale and implement strategies, guidelines, and governance of CI/CD systems while future-proofing their architecture for security, compliance and resilience concerns. /ppOptimize and balance CI/CD compute and storage usage towards efficient resource usage while keeping developer experience in mind. /ppInvestigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to CI/CD tooling with internal customers, working collaboratively with other engineering teams to minimize to maintain seamless workflows. /ppbWhat you'll bring /b /ppGood grasp of CI Systems and hands-on experience with bGitlab /b or similar (such as Jenkins, Buildkite, etc.), with a strong focus on self-hosted operations. /ppSome experience with cloud-native Deployment and GitOps solutions such as bGitlab /b, bArgoCD /bor similar(Flux, GoCD, Spinnaker, Harness, etc), with strong focus on self-hosted operations. /ppPrior experience with at least one major cloud-based provider as well as Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as bTerraform /b. /ppComfortable running, monitoring and developing systems on bKubernetes /b and using tools like bHelm /b. You're also familiar with cloud-native container tools and building optimized images. /ppGood problem-solving and investigative skills, with a creative approach to tackling challenges using observability and debugging tools. /ppThe ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and maintain clear documentation while having a customer empathy mindset towards product and application engineers. /ppbNice to have /b /ppPrevious experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) /ppPrevious experience building and operating continuous integration with Gitlab. /ppPrevious experience building and operating deployment platforms based on ArgoCD. /ppbGrow your way /b /ppAt Mollie, growth is personal.
