Overview
In questa posizione, supporti i team di sviluppo applicativo definendo e evolvendo framework comuni e architetture abilitanti per scalare soluzioni enterprise. Lavori trasversalmente per guidare scelte tecnologiche e assicurare allineamento con standard e politiche aziendali. Il ruolo implica pianificazione, analisi dei fabbisogni, progettazione di componenti framework e gestione di attività complesse in contesti dinamici. L'opportunità nasce dall'impatto di accelerare lo sviluppo e garantire una base tecnologica robusta, sicura e integrata, in stretta collaborazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni.
Responsabilità
- Pianificazione di progetto, stima risorse e coordinamento attività
- Analisi fabbisogni team di sviluppo relativo a componenti del framework
- Progettazione e sviluppo di componenti framework secondo standard SDTF/SIPS/SOC/SNET
- Progettazione logica della base dati in conformità agli standard SDMA per la gestione dati
Requisiti fondamentali
- >=10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo
- Conoscenza avanzata di Java
- Spring (Boot, Security, Data)
- SQL e PL/SQL avanzati
- Oracle Database in contesti enterprise
- Git e strategy di branch
- Gradle per build automation
- CI/CD e pratiche DevOps
- UML (caso d'uso, sequenza, classe, componente)
- Elevata autonomia operativa
- Determinazione nel raggiungimento obiettivi
- Propensione al lavoro in team multidisciplinari
- Java
- Spring (Boot, Security, Data)
- SQL/PLSQL
