Integrated Test Plan Leader

La risorsa sarà inserita all interno dell ente VEPE e sarà responsabile della definizione e gestione del piano integrato di validazione relativo a veicoli, sottosistemi e componenti.
Attività principali
- Raccolta e consolidamento dei piani di validazione di componenti, sottosistemi e veicoli nelle fasi avanzate di sviluppo
- Definizione e gestione del piano integrato di validazione
- Coordinamento e ottimizzazione dell utilizzo dei mezzi di validazione e della condivisione flotte tra dipartimenti
- Monitoraggio del piano di validazione per garantire il raggiungimento delle milestone di progetto
- Supporto alla risoluzione delle problematiche durante le attività di validazione
- Supervisione del piano di costruzione veicoli e definizione delle priorità produttive
- Coordinamento delle attività operative di preparazione veicoli prima dei test
- Gestione del processo di dismissione/scrapping dei veicoli per il controllo della fleet size
Requisiti
- Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica, Automotive o affini
- Buone competenze di project management e pianificazione
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B2
- Patente di guida categoria B
Competenze preferenziali
- Esperienza pregressa in attività di project management
- Conoscenza di Excel Macro
- Capacità di coordinare gruppi di lavoro cross funzionali e task force
