Your role and responsibilities :

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the precise and timely administration of pre-sale customer requests to support well-informed customer decisions. Each day, you will support with the adaption and implementation of the sales support strategy for a designated area, in line with the global support strategy. You will also showcase your skill by escalating to ensure timely resolution, as needed.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Customer Journey Analysis and Optimization: Map and assess existing customer journeys across countries, identifying pain points, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve the customer experience and sales effectiveness.
• Process Harmonization and Standardization: Support the definition and implementation of common processes, guidelines, and ways of working across countries, balancing global consistency with local business requirements.
• Tools and Solutions Development: Translate identified business needs into practical tools, templates, and solutions that simplify sales activities, improve information availability, and support a consistent customer experience.
• Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify improvement opportunities, support fact-based decision-making, and monitor the impact of implemented initiatives.
• Project Management and Implementation: Coordinate customer journey improvement projects, defining activities, milestones, deliverables, and follow-up actions while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timely execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Collaborate with local Sales teams and cross-functional functions to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, communicate project progress, and support the adoption of new processes and tools.
• Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing: Document best practices, consolidate learnings across countries, and promote the sharing and reuse of effective solutions to foster continuous improvement and a more consistent customer experience.

Qualifications for the role :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and maintain sales reports.
• Understanding of market intelligence and market trends.
• Knowledge of sales enablement practices, tools, and resources.

Minimum annual salary: 36.000€

Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
