Southern Europe Maintenance Manager — Travel & Remote
Ruby Group
Ruby Group is seeking a hands-on maintenance leader to establish and guide the technical services department across Southern Europe, maintaining high standards for hotels and workspaces. The role combines leadership with field travel to oversee multiple properties.
The ideal candidate has an apprenticeship in building services engineering and several years of managerial experience, preferably abroad, and is fluent in English and Italian. Hybrid work and international mobility are offered.
