The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church's, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities. /p h3JOB PURPOSE /h3 pThe CRM Manager contributes to the boutique's business performance and client-centric culture by driving client engagement strategies, elevating clienteling excellence across the team, and developing a high-value and loyal client portfolio in partnership with Boutique Management. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Business Client Development /h3 ul liPartner with the Store Director and Regional CRM to drive client acquisition, retention, and sales performance through strategic CRM initiatives. /li liAnalyse client data to identify opportunities and implement targeted client engagement actions. /li liFoster a strong clienteling and appointment culture, supporting high-value client interactions and personalized experiences. /li liExecute CRM activations, in-store events, and client engagement initiatives in line with brand standards. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with local luxury partners and key lifestyle networks. /li liPromote a strong CRM mindset across the boutique, translating business goals into client engagement actions. /li liCoach and support the team to elevate clienteling, selling skills, and luxury service standards. /li liLead onboarding and continuous training on CRM tools, best practices, and client engagement strategies. /li liInspire the team through regular briefings, CRM animations, and performance follow-up. /li /ul h3Operations /h3 ul liSupport the boutique in all CRM-related activities, ensuring effective follow-up on appointments and client actions. /li liAssist with VIC client requests and ensure seamless coordination of client needs and experiences. /li liMonitor CRM activities and provide feedback and insights to key stakeholders. /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3 ul li3 - 5 years of experience in Fashion Retail /li liA strong understanding of the Versace culture and its appeal to the local market /li liNetworking capability and a strong orientation in network development /li liHigh level of interpersonal skills, empathetic, with the ability to engage and persuade /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills,high listening competencies /li liStrong organizational profile /li liFluency in English /li liA positive, outgoing, high-energy personality able to thrive within a high paced environment /li liA commitment to take part in an innovative project /li liWell connected with a strong ability to engage /li liLeadership and ability to motivate others /li /ul pRAL: 40.000 - 50.000 /p p#LI-MP1 /p pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
