Per azienda italiana leader nella produzione di integratori alimentari e nutraceutici ricerchiamo un R&D Manager. L'azienda ha un laboratorio R&D interno, stabilimento produttivo certificato e un catalogo di oltre 200 referenze distribuite in farmacia, parafarmacia e GDO in Italia e all'estero.
Il ruolo
La risorsa, a capo del team R&D, guiderà lo sviluppo di nuove formulazioni e l'ottimizzazione dei prodotti esistenti, in linea con i trend di mercato e la normativa vigente.
Responsabilità
- Sviluppare nuove formulazioni (compresse, capsule, bustine, liquidi) partendo dal brief commerciale
- Coordinare studi di stabilità, prove tecnologiche e scale-up produttivo
- Garantire la conformità delle formulazioni al Regolamento (CE) 1924/2006 (claims) e alla normativa novel food
- Selezionare e qualificare nuovi ingredienti funzionali e fornitori di materie prime
- Collaborare con Produzione, Regulatory e Marketing per l'industrializzazione e il lancio dei prodotti
- Gestire il budget di sviluppo e i tempi di progetto (time-to-market)
- Laurea in CTF, Chimica, Biologia o Scienze della Nutrizione
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in R&D nel settore nutraceutico, alimentare o farmaceutico, con esperienza di coordinamento team
- Conoscenza approfondita della normativa su integratori alimentari (D.Lgs. 169/2004) e novel food
- Spiccate doti di analisi e project management
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato, RAL 45-50 mila euro commisurata all'esperienza
- Ambiente dinamico con forte investimento in innovazione
