The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. /p bLanguages knowledge: /b ul libFrench (C1/C2) /b /li /ul bTasks: /b p• Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone/chat/e-mail /p p• E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases /p bContract: /b pFull time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week /p bQualifications: /b p• Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury. /p p• Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications. /p p• Targeted and continuous training on Luxury Brands /p p• Constant practice of languages and professional growth in the luxury world /p pb• /bCollaborative and supportive environment /p pb• /bWelcoming and innovative spaces /p bSend your CV and Join our Team! /b pA language test will be carried out in the initial phase of the interview. /p pOdity is committed to equal opportunity in employment.
