La Bottega Collective, Milan-based, seeks a Brand Licensing Specialist to coordinate cross-functional activities and drive efficient product launches. The role supports licensing strategy, analyzes licensee performance, and collaborates with Product Development, Merchandising, Communication and Sales to align launches with market needs and regional priorities.
Fluent in English; 2–3 years marketing experience in beauty preferred.
