Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. /p pYou willl unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements. You'll focus on welding processes applied to Impellers production. /p pAs a bManufacturing Experienced Professional - Manufacturing Engineering Specialist /b , you will be responsible for: /p ul lipTake care of technology selection, Shop Routings emission and Processes Equipment improvement. /p /li lipDeal with Safety and Quality in manufacturing activities through risk-based thinking and full compliance to standards and policies. /p /li lipLead the development and qualification of new processes in welding area. /p /li lipEvaluate manufacturing processes and shape strategic projects and initiatives to improve HSE, Quality, Processes Capabilities, Fulfillment and Productivity. /p /li lipIntegrate digital transformation, advanced process capability and material handling concepts into the manufacturing processes. /p /li lipDirect labour cost control and handbook update to support commercial team for costs definition and offers. /p /li lipSupport the New Product Development and New Energy Solution projects at Turbomachinery level, and their deployment within the Cell. /p /li /ul h3bFuel your passion /b /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul lipHave a Master Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or a Technical education and background with demonstrated experience in Manufacturing environment. /p /li lipPossess a good knowledge of welding technologies (in particular, Laser Welding) and its automatic application through robotics. /p /li lipHave a basic knowledge of machining. /p /li lipHave a basic knowledge of Turbomachinery components, with focus on CC Rotors. /p /li lipBe high conscious of Health, Safety and Environmental practices. /p /li lipBe able to analyse problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions. /p /li lipBe able to work effectively across functions in a global-matrix environment. /p /li lipBe fluent in Italian language, basic knowledge in English; hold an EU work permit. /p /li lipHave strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently.
