Leading the installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You will be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers. /p pAs a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: /p ul liProviding technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labour to ensure safety, compliance and quality /li liOverseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Steam Turbine products at customer sites /li liPreparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams /li liEnsuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul liDemonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment /li liHave experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar) /li liDisplay a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions /li liBe skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding /li liHave a strong awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks /li liBe a motivated self-starter and be able to make key decisions and innovate solutions /li liHave excellent command and understanding of verbal and written English and Italian /li liHold an EU Passport or a European Work permit /li liBe ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
