Senior AI Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and applications.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and AI technologies, with a proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions in a production environment.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developer, engineers, and product managers, to create innovative AI products that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex problems.
• Lead the implementation of AI solutions from concept to production, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to preprocess, analyze, and visualize large datasets.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and model deployment.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
• Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business goals.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI and machine learning development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Proven experience in deploying AI models in a production environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), audio AI and computer vision.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Certifications in AI or machine learning.
