Overview
In questo ruolo, acceleri l'implementazione di soluzioni digitali per l'ambiente di lavoro aziendale, integrando Microsoft 365 e tecnologie di infrastruttura e automazione. Lavorerai in un team multidisciplinare per definire architetture di riferimento, guidare migrazioni e progetti tecnici, e tradurre esigenze di business in requisiti tecnici innovativi. Avrai un impatto diretto su progetti di cloud, sicurezza e modernizzazione della workplace, collaborando con Business Development e Research. Potrai crescere come architetto tecnico e leader di progetto nel contesto di una realtà in forte crescita, con forti opportunità di apprendimento e formazione.

Responsabilità
- Sviluppare use-case e business-case e progettare architetture per soluzioni di Digital Workplace
- Progettare e gestire Proof of Concepts e prototipi presso i clienti
- Supportare il deployment e l'implementazione di soluzioni in contesti reali
- Contribuire al consolidamento della community interna tramite ricerca e scouting di nuove soluzioni
- Allineare esigenze di business a requisiti tecnici e proporre innovazioni ad alto valore
- Coordinarsi con team di Business Development e Technical Research per progetti cross‐funzionali
- Acquisire e trasferire conoscenze su nuove tecnologie e metodologie di sviluppo e gestione del ciclo di vita software
- Partecipare a trasferte in Italia ed estero
- Promuovere la condivisione di best practice e validazione di soluzioni before proponendole ai clienti
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria Informatica, Elettronica, Telecomunicazioni, Informatica o discipline STEM o cultura equivalente
- ≥3 anni di esperienza in consulenza, progettazione o System Integration
- Conoscenza approfondita di Microsoft 365 Enterprise e progettazione/gestione di ambienti MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange
- Conoscenza di Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD e aspetti di security
- Esperienza con sistemi UCC aziendali e gestione di PSTN (es. Teams Phone System)
- Conoscenza dei paradigmi Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) e gestione del software lifecycle
- Ottima padronanza della suite MS Office
- Fluenza italiana e inglese
- Plus: certificazioni MS 365 Associate, project management ICT infra, Google Workspace, conoscenza di altri servizi 365 (Dynamics, PowerBI), automazione (PowerAutomate, PowerBI), conoscenza DevOps e architetture (microservizi, containerizzazione)
