Find out more at . /p h3Placement /h3 pPlacement flexible: Spain, Italy, Germany or Sweden. /p h3Your Role /h3 pAs Sales Manager for North South – Heating Systems, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager for Europe, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint in both mature and emerging markets. In this role you will have around 15 people reporting to you. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute strategic sales plans for the North South European regions. /li liIdentify and cultivate new business opportunities with a focus on long-term partnerships. /li liManage existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. /li liCollaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored heating system solutions. /li liMonitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies. /li liRepresent the company at trade fairs, events, and customer meetings. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou’re a driven and confident commercial professional with a master’s degree and experience working in a similar role with complex technical projects is necessary. Experience within Heating Systems is a strong merit and will help you quickly understand our customers’ needs and market landscape. /p pYou bring an ownership mindset and a natural ability to inspire momentum—qualities that enable you to lead your market and support the continued growth of the sales team. Building strong relationships, closing deals, and taking full responsibility for your business area are things you genuinely enjoy. /p pWith excellent communication and negotiation skills, you navigate diverse regions and stakeholder groups with ease. You thrive in an international environment, are comfortable managing your own sales pipeline, and stay motivated even when working independently. Fluency in English is essential, and additional European languages are a strong advantage.
