pElite Associates is partnering with an international premium fashion brand, recognised for its distinctive product identity, strong focus on quality and international outlook. /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a bProduction Planner /b. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliMonitor production plans and timelines defined in coordination with the international HQ, working closely with Procurement, Product Development, suppliers and manufacturing partners and promptly addressing any deviations. /liliIdentify production delays or critical issues in a timely manner, implementing the necessary re-planning activities and corrective actions. /liliCollect and consolidate supplier pricing, monitor production costs and support the preparation and update of product cost sheets. /liliLiaise daily with suppliers, factories and manufacturing partners, monitoring production progress and ensuring continuous alignment with internal teams. /liliManage production orders with manufacturing partners, verifying costs, lead times, contractual documentation and the accuracy of all supporting documentation. /liliWork closely with internal teams (Product Development, Procurement, Quality and Logistics), suppliers and international teams to ensure the proper management of information flows and production-related documentation, supporting the operational follow-up of product development activities, including material and component requests, samples and approvals. /liliMonitor deliveries, coordinate inbound shipments and evaluate supplier performance, preparing reports and KPI analyses to support production planning activities. /liliSupport the continuous development of planning processes and tools, contributing to the implementation and improvement of the company's ERP and planning systems. /li /ulpbr/ppAs the Milan organization and its planning processes continue to develop, the role will progressively gain greater exposure to structured production planning activities, including production plans, order quantities and material requirements based on forecasts, BOM and consumption data. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pulliAt least 6 years' experience in Production Planning or Supply Chain roles within the fashion industry.Strong knowledge of production planning, Supply Chain processes and production progress monitoring across external manufacturing partners. /liliGood understanding of fashion raw materials, consumption logic, Bills of Materials (BOM) and the main production planning processes. /liliExperience managing relationships with suppliers, factories and international manufacturing partners. /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems; familiarity with production planning tools would be considered an advantage. /liliFluent English, essential for managing daily communication with international suppliers and cross-functional teams. /liliAvailability to travel to suppliers and manufacturing sites. /liliFamiliarity with fashion products, materials and basic product terminology would be considered an advantage, supporting effective communication with suppliers and international teams on product and production-related matters. /liliFamiliarity with AI tools and an interest in using new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity would be considered an advantage. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbPersonal Attributes /b /ppbr/pulliStrong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and follow-ups in a dynamic and evolving environment. /liliStructured mindset with a continuous improvement approach. /liliStrong analytical skills, with the ability to make timely and effective decisions. /liliExcellent coordination, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWhat's on Offer /b /ppbr/pulliOpportunity to join an international fashion brand in an evolving and dynamic environment. /liliDynamic and collaborative working environment. /liliCompetitive salary package: €35,000 – 45,000 gross per annum. /liliPlease apply with your updated CV. /li /ulpbr/ppDue to the high volume of applications, only candidates whose experience closely matches the requirements will be contacted. /ppbr/ppbr/p
