You will ensure that packaging activities are carried out safely and in compliance with quality, service and cost standards, contributing to the achievement of the Brewery's performance, efficiency and continuous improvement objectives. /p pIn particular, you will be responsible for: /p ul liensuring the smooth running, operational continuity and performance of the Packaging department, from product receipt through to finished pallets at the end of the line; /li liensuring compliance with safety, environmental, food safety, hygiene, quality requirements, as well as internal and Group standards; /li lileading the Packaging team, developing skills, accountability, engagement and ways of working in line with business priorities and Carlsberg standards; /li liensuring the delivery of agreed production plans in line with quality, cost and service level requirements; /li limonitoring and improving departmental KPIs, analysing performance, losses, efficiency, quality, reliability and improvement opportunities; /li lipromoting and leading continuous improvement activities through Lean TPM, GEMBA Kaizen, SMED, 5S, problem solving, process confirmation and root cause analysis methodologies; /li limanaging the departmental budget, including OPEX and CAPEX, contributing to the site's long-term development plans and investment projects; /li liworking closely with Maintenance, Quality, HS, Procurement, Controlling, PC, Planning, Regional stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure operational continuity. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liyou have strong expertise in managing production processes, packaging lines, production plans, operating standards and departmental performance; /li liyou are familiar with the main regulatory, environmental, safety, food safety, hygiene and quality requirements applicable to a production environment; /li liyou are used to working with KPIs related to performance, efficiency, quality, reliability, losses, costs and continuous improvement; /li liyou have experience in leading teams, developing people and coordinating operational, project-based and change-related activities; /li liyou are able to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, managing operational priorities, budgets, internal and external stakeholders and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Other Requirements /h3 ul liA degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred; /li liat least 10+ years' experience in industrial packaging production environments; /li lisolid knowledge of packaging processes, safety, quality, food safety and hygiene standards, as well as key production management principles; /li liexperience in managing budgets, improvement projects, plant development plans and CAPEX initiatives; /li lifamiliarity with continuous improvement methodologies, Lean TPM, problem solving, KPI management, autonomous/preventive maintenance and tools such as GEMBA Kaizen, SMED and 5S; /li ligood knowledge of English and excellent knowledge of Italian. /li /ul h3Contract Type /h3 ul lipermanent, CCNL Industria Alimentare, full time; /li /ul ul liannual gross salary between €70.000,00 and €80.000,00 depending on the candidate's experience; /li licompany canteen. /li /ul pbCarlsberg Group: Brewing for a better today and tomorrow /b /p pFor us success has always been in the diverse mix of our people, our beers and our brands.
