Business Development Associate - International Trains

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team in direct support of the Director of Business Development. In this role, you will take ownership of strategic projects from inception to completion, serving as a trusted partner and key operational point of reference. You will play a pivotal role in driving the execution and successful delivery of high-impact initiatives that support the company’s growth and long-term objectives.

Key Activities:

• Project-manage assigned initiatives and oversee their governance, timelines and deliverables;
• Lead critical and strategic workstreams, supporting department heads on operational execution;
• Design processes and procedures for the projects you own;
• Own the business plan of your projects: financial modelling, assumptions, scenario analysis;
• Build presentations for investors, partners and the board.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in management consulting;
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills; excellent PowerPoint;
• Structured problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-growing environment;
• Fluent English and Italian;
• Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related field;
• Willingness to travel internationally.
