Per conto di una primaria realtà internazionale attiva nei servizi di Customer Experience, Digital Transformation e Technology Consulting, siamo alla ricerca di un/una
Senior Key Account Manager dedicato/a al mercato Energy & Utilities .
La figura avrà la responsabilità dello sviluppo commerciale e strategico del settore Energy & Utilities, contribuendo alla crescita del business attraverso l’acquisizione di nuovi clienti e l’espansione delle relazioni con account già esistenti.
Il ruolo prevede un’interazione costante con il top management aziendale e con team multidisciplinari internazionali, con l’obiettivo di costruire proposte ad alto valore aggiunto in ambito Digital, Customer Experience, Data & AI e servizi tecnologici.
Sede di lavoro: Milano / Roma (modalità ibrida)
Posizione:
Sviluppare e consolidare il business sul mercato Energy & Utilities, attraverso attività di hunting e sviluppo di relazioni strategiche con i principali player del settore.
Gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita: scouting opportunità, qualificazione, definizione proposta, negoziazione e closing.
Promuovere soluzioni e servizi in ambito:
- Digital Transformation
- Customer Experience
- CRM & Omnicanalità
- Data & AI
- Automation e servizi tecnologici
Costruire relazioni di lungo periodo con stakeholder executive (CxO, Direzioni Commerciali, Customer Operations, Marketing, IT, Innovation, Procurement).
Collaborare con i team interni di advisory, technology, AI, operations e delivery per la costruzione di offerte integrate e progetti complessi.
Supportare il posizionamento dell’azienda nel mercato Energy & Utilities, contribuendo allo sviluppo della value proposition e delle strategie commerciali.
Garantire l’allineamento tra esigenze del cliente, proposta commerciale e capacità di delivery.
Monitorare pipeline, marginalità e performance commerciale del portafoglio assegnato.
Partecipare a eventi di settore, networking e attività di business development strategico.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza di almeno 5/8 anni in ruoli commerciali, business development o account management presso:
- società di consulenza
- system integrator
- aziende digital/technology
- provider di servizi CX/BPO
- Esperienza concreta nel mercato Energy & Utilities, con conoscenza delle principali dinamiche e dei processi del settore.
- Track record nella vendita di progetti complessi e servizi ad alto contenuto consulenziale e tecnologico.
- Capacità di interagire con interlocutori executive e costruire relazioni a livello C-level.
- Esperienza nella gestione di gare, RFP e negoziazioni articolate.
- Forte orientamento al risultato e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali.
- Ottime capacità relazionali, di networking e comunicazione.
- Attitudine imprenditoriale, autonomia e approccio consulenziale.
- Inglese fluente.
- Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria, Informatica, Marketing, Comunicazione o discipline affini.
