You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction through effective transportation management. Job Responsibilities \\* Develop, implement, and monitor transportation plans and strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. \\* Manage daily transportation operations, including carrier selection, load planning, dispatching, and tracking of shipments. \\* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., warehousing, supply chain, customer service) to ensure seamless logistics execution and resolve operational issues. \\* Analyze transportation data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. \\* Negotiate with carriers and logistics providers to secure favorable rates and service agreements. \\* Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies. \\* Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software to manage and track shipments effectively. \\* Prepare and present reports on transportation performance, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs). \\* Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and disruptions in the transportation network. Job Qualifications \\* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. \\* 3+ years of experience in transportation operations, logistics, or a related role, preferably within a large-scale e-commerce or retail environment. \\* Strong understanding of transportation modes, regulations, and best practices. \\* Proficiency in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other logistics software. \\* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. \\* Proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage vendor relationships. \\* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. \\* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. \\* Knowledge of JD.com's operational footprint and logistics challenges in the region is a plus.\\* chinses speaker*At JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
