Manager /b to lead the day-to-day execution of the Group's Security Operations, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, response and continuous improvement of cybersecurity capabilities across a multinational environment. /p pReporting to the bGroup Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) /b, the Global Security Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating internal cybersecurity specialists and managed security partners (SOC/MDR, NDR, endpoint protection, incident response providers and specialist vendors), ensuring efficient and resilient security operations on a global scale. /p pThe role combines operational leadership with strong technical expertise, driving continuous improvement across security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management and security platform operations while operating within the Group's governance and compliance framework. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Security Operations /h3 ul liManage the daily execution of the Group Security Operations across endpoint, network, identity and cloud environments. /li liCoordinate the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Managed Detection Response (MDR) services, ensuring service quality and adherence to agreed SLAs. /li liImprove detection capabilities by developing and maintaining SIEM use cases, playbooks and security automation initiatives. /li liMonitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Incident Response Cyber Resilience /h3 ul liCoordinate the end-to-end incident response process, including preparation, detection, containment, eradication, recovery and post-incident reviews. /li liManage major security incidents in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external incident response partners. /li liDrive remediation activities and support initiatives aimed at strengthening cyber resilience and operational readiness. /li /ul h3Vulnerability Threat Management /h3 ul liManage the vulnerability management lifecycle, including identification, prioritization, remediation tracking and validation. /li liSupport threat intelligence activities and exposure management initiatives to prioritize security risks. /li liCoordinate penetration testing and security assessment activities with infrastructure and application teams. /li /ul h3Security Engineering Platform Operations /h3 ul liOversee the operational management and continuous improvement of the Group's security technologies, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, email security, firewalls, MFA and privileged access management. /li liCollaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to implement secure configurations and security-by-design principles. /li /ul h3Vendor Team Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate a team of security specialists, supporting their development and ensuring effective collaboration across countries. /li liManage relationships with managed security service providers and specialist vendors, monitoring service performance, escalations and operational deliverables. /li /ul h3Reporting Planning /h3 ul liMonitor operational KPIs, SLAs and security metrics, providing regular reporting to the Group CISO. /li liSupport budget planning, capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the Security Operations function. /li /ul h3Governance, Risk Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure Security Operations activities comply with the Group Information Security Management System (ISMS), ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2 and applicable regulations. /li liSupport internal and external audits and contribute to maintaining compliance with security policies and standards. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul li6–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, including significant experience in Security Operations, SOC or Incident Response environments. /li liPrevious experience managing security operations teams or coordinating technical cybersecurity professionals. /li liExperience working with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and external security vendors. /li liExperience handling cybersecurity incidents and coordinating response activities. /li liExposure to multinational and complex enterprise environments is preferred. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of Security Operations technologies, including SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, threat intelligence and incident response. /li liGood understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS and/or GCP) and identity security. /li liFamiliarity with security frameworks and standards including ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, GDPR and NIST. /li /ul h3Leadership Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to prioritize activities and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. /li liAnalytical mindset with a continuous improvement approach. /li liCollaborative leadership style and ability to work across international teams. /li /ul h3Education Certifications /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience. /li liProfessional certifications such as /p pbContract Type /b: Permanent – Full Time /p pThe reference bGross Annual Salary /b is approximately in the range of EUR 70,000 – 92,000.
