You will play a key role ensuring that external cybersecurity providers deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient SOC services across multiple regions. /p pThis position is ideal for someone who excels in bvendor strategy, service governance, and cybersecurity procurement /b, rather than hands-on SOC operations. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pLeading Security Operations Center (SOC) functions in a multinational environment. /p h3Stakeholder Global Coordination /h3 ul liAct as the main interface between internal stakeholders and external SOC cybersecurity providers. /li liCollaborate with global security, IT, risk, and procurement teams. /li liProvide strategic reporting and insights to senior leadership based on vendor performance and service outcomes /li /ul h3KPI Definition Performance Management /h3 ul liDefine and implement bKPIs and success metrics /b that bSOC providers /b must meet, aligned with business and security objectives. /li liEstablish performance dashboards and reporting models to track vendor effectiveness and service quality. /li liChallenge providers on delivery, driving bcontinuous improvement and accountability /b. /li /ul h3Global SLA Governance /h3 ul liOversee and govern bSLAs delivered by SOC and cybersecurity providers /b across multiple sites globally. /li liEnsure consistency, scalability, and quality of services across regions (including remote service delivery models). /li liManage escalations at a strategic level, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and improvements are implemented. /li liEnsure that all externally delivered SOC services meet organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and security strategy. /li liDrive service maturity by working closely with vendors to enhance detection, response, and resilience capabilities. /li liAlign vendor services with evolving threats, risk landscape, and global security roadmap. /li /ul pOther: /p ul liLead btechnical bid processes (RFP/RFI/RFQ) /b for SOC and cybersecurity services, ensuring the organization is strongly positioned when onboarding new providers. /li liDefine evaluation criteria, technical requirements, and governance frameworks for selecting cybersecurity vendors. /li liSupport market consultations and vendor benchmarking to continuously optimize the SOC provider ecosystem. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liStrong experience in bvendor management, SLAs, and managed security services (MSSP/SOC) /b. /li liProven track record in brunning technical bids (RFPs) and vendor selection processes /b. /li liExperience defining bKPIs, performance frameworks, and governance models /b. /li liGood understanding of bcybersecurity operations and incident response /b, without necessarily being hands-on. /li liAbility to operate in a bglobal, cross-functional environment /b with high stakeholder exposure. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. /li li8–10 years of experience leading SOC operations in complex or multinational environments. /li liProven experience with bSIEM /b solutions (Splunk, Sentinel, Chronicle), /li liEDR platforms (CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender), and bSOAR /b technologies. /li liStrong background in bIdentity and Access Management (IAM) /b strategies for large user populations. /li liSolid project management skills, including experience in large‑scale technology migrations. /li liRelevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent). /li liExcellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. /li liStrong leadership, ownership, and the ability to influence teams and stakeholders. /li /ul h3What You Will Gain /h3 ul libCompetitive salary + bonus and benefits package. /b /li liHybrid model (2 days a week in bBollate, Milano /b). /li liExtended parental and co-parental leave. /li liAccess to a global learning platform and free language training (24 languages). /li liComprehensive wellness programs focused on physical and mental health. /li liThe opportunity to join a team committed to innovation, sustainability, and scientific excellence. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
