Education Services Operations Specialist

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop and execute regional Education Services business strategies that support sustained growth and profitability.
• Own and achieve revenue, bookings, margin, utilization, and customer engagement objectives for the assigned region.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion strategies to increase adoption of training and certification programs.
• Drive pipeline development, forecasting activities, and performance reviews to ensure business objectives are met.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Business Unit teams to position Education Services as a strategic component of customer success initiatives.
• Support strategic account planning and collaborate on opportunities that drive training attachment and expansion revenue.
• Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Present compelling business cases, workforce development solutions, and value propositions to customer leadership teams.
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and enterprise training agreements.
• Develop, manage, and grow distributor relationships to expand market coverage and business performance.
• Establish business plans, performance metrics, and review processes for distributors and channel partners.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop Authorized Training Partners across the region.
• Monitor ATP performance, quality standards, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Conduct partner business reviews, compliance assessments, and capability development activities.
• Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support strategic business objectives.
• Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and business recommendations to leadership and partner organizations.
• Manage customer concerns effectively, ensuring positive outcomes while maintaining strong business relationships.
• Represent Education Services in regional planning discussions and strategic initiatives.
• Travel as needed to support customers, partners, and business growth objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Professional experience in business development, sales, account management, channel management, customer success, training services, or a related commercial function.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and achieving or exceeding business targets.
• Experience developing and executing strategic business plans and growth initiatives.
• Ability to manage forecasts, analyze business performance, and utilize data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with customers, channel partners, distributors, or external stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian .
• Effective presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Financial and business acumen with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and growth opportunities.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience supporting education, training, certification, learning, or workforce development programs.
• Experience working with distributor networks, channel ecosystems, or partner-led business models.
• Knowledge of technical training, industrial automation, software, digital transformation, or technology-enabled learning solutions.
• Experience managing Authorized Training Partners or similar partner programs.
• Demonstrated success leading complex commercial negotiations and long-term customer agreements.
• Strong understanding of market development strategies and customer lifecycle engagement.
• Experience operating in a global or multicultural business environment.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is 32,600 - 60,500 EUR annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role. For roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the applicable salary range and pay structure are set by that agreement, including how pay levels and progression are defined ( Non Dirigenti ).
