The Ermenegildo Zegna Group is internationally recognized for its unique Filiera, owned and controlled by the Group, which is made up of the finest Italian textile producers fully integrated with unique luxury manufacturing capabilities, ensuring superior excellence, quality, and innovation. /p h3Your mission in this role /h3 pAs bLearning Experience Content Operations Specialist /b, based in Milan, you will join Accademia dei Maestri, the Group function dedicated to fostering knowledge transfer and preserving the craftsmanship, expertise, and capabilities that define our brands. /p pReporting to the Academy Training Manager, you will play a key role in enabling a seamless and engaging learning experience across the Group by managing digital learning operations, supporting learner journeys, and ensuring the effective administration of our Learning Management System (LMS). /p h3More specifically, you will /h3 ul liManage the day-to-day administration and continuous evolution of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring an efficient and user-friendly learning environment. /li liConfigure and maintain courses, learning paths, certifications, audiences, enrollments, and learning catalogues to support business and learner needs. /li liSupport learner journeys through course assignments, learning campaigns, onboarding initiatives, and digital learning programs across the Group. /li liPartner with HR teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to coordinate learning operations and drive platform enhancements. /li liCreate and deliver learner communications, provide user support, and promote engagement across digital learning initiatives. /li liPrepare monthly learning reports and maintain accurate learning records to support reporting requirements, compliance monitoring, and audit activities. /li liMonitor learning performance and LMS adoption metrics, providing insights that support continuous improvement and informed decision-making. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liYou bring 2-4 years of experience in Learning Development, Digital Learning, Instructional Design, LMS Operations, or Training Administration. /li liYou're skilled in Learning Management Systems, digital learning technologies, reporting, content administration, and learning operations management. /li liYou're known for being a positive, proactive, and service-oriented professional, able to take ownership and drive activities independently. /li liYou have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. /li liYou build effective relationships with stakeholders and communicate clearly with different audiences across the organization. /li liYou communicate fluently in Italian and English. /li liNice to have: attention to client experience and sensitivity to fashion and luxury. /li liNice to have: hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liThe position provides for a base salary between: €30.000 - €35.000. Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. /li liThe position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).
