Participants gain broad exposure to the challenges and opportunities facing Finance teams and build a strong foundation for future leadership.Take your career to the next levelAs part of the ASPIRE Finance program, you will build experience through structured development and meaningful assignments. You will be responsible for:Completing rotations and assignments in areas such as commercial finance, supply chain finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and investor relations.Participating in intentional and structured career development activities, with active coaching and mentoring.Contributing to business outcomes through the delivery of assigned projects.Interacting with peers and networking with global Finance leaders to gain exposure and support for assignments.Solving critical international business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role, you will:Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related business field.Have completed your most recent degree within the last 24 months.Have a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher, or equivalent.Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with effective communication skills.Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify and implement improvements.Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset, accountability, integrity, and the ability to contribute within a collaborative team.Be geographically mobile, based on role and assignment availability.Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictionsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
