Translate complex technical specifications (like DMIPS, Flash memory, Wireless performance and peripheral sets, application requirements) into value propositions that resonate with customers. /p pKind of "General Manager" of that region. adapting the global strategy and pivot it to fit local market dynamics, ensuring that the EP C portfolio meets revenue and design-win targets in the specific geographythrough a deepcustomer-centric approach. Collaborate withSales and other stakeholdersto identify high-value "white space" and partner withDistribution and Design Housesto build a robust support ecosystem. The ability to build, develop and maintaincustomer,business and stakeholder relationships within a very dynamic environment is key. The successful candidate must have a goals-based mind-set,being able to make informed decisions based on revenue and growth targets. /p pKey Internal Stakeholders in this role are - GlobalProduct Marketing CommercialMarketing forEmbedded Processing,Embedded ProcessingDivision Leadership, Sales Executive and Regional Leadership, Other Product Lines Regional Business Development. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for all RegionalProductMarketingactivities in the Region including Demand Creation, Funnel Conversion, Go To Market and New Product Introductions. /li liFostera collaborative and open mindsetwith peers and stakeholders,ensurea sense of urgency and drive to understand where to win fast and lose faster. /li liKey customer initiatives: /li liAccount Profile: Working with sales (Customer Roadmap, Competition landscape, SKU map, SAM, key target opportunities/sockets, SWOT, customer org) /li liEngagement strategy and customer relationship /li liRoadmap impact and alignment /li liAccount strategyand action planwithlong term tracking /li liDemand Creation Design-Wins /li liTargeting:Identify the high potential customer /li liPromotion:Execute regional seminars, tech days, partner scouting, enablement and trade shows. /li liFunnel Management:Track the "Design-In" to "Design-Win" pipeline to ensure future revenue is secure. /li liOpportunity:Uncover opportunity and support to close and win /li liDistribution Management:Work with distributor to support Key account and "long tail" customers. /li liCustomers:Establish deep relationships with key customers and align on product roadmap and D-in/win support /li liPrice Positioning:Adjust local pricing to stay competitive against local players or customer share, in synch with company ambition. /li liGo-To-Market (GTM) /li liCollateral customization:Adapt high-impact pitch decks, product positioning, articles. /li liSales Enablement:In collaboration with FAE/AE Train sales teams and Partners on new products, fighting guide and tech trend to leverage. /li liEcosystem Development/nurturing:Ensure the MCU/MPU/CONNECTIVITY has the right "extras" by training the partners, "preparing" evaluation boards, IDE support, and software libraries. /li liLocal 3rd party: Strong local engagement and partner identification. /li liStrategy Roadmap /li liMarket Analysis through Customer lens:Identify emerging trends in IoT, Industrial Automation, Consumer Electronics,... /li liCompetitive Intelligence:Keep tabs on competitors to ensure pricing and performance remain superior. /li liVoice of the Region (VOR) /li liFeedback Loop:Collect specific regional requirements. It’s your job to convince the global team to put it on the roadmap. /li liCompetitor Scouting:Monitor what competitors are doing locally /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. /li li15+ years of experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or related industries. /li li10+ years in product marketing or product line management. /li liExperience in PL management, Strategic Marketing, Technical Marketing, Business development, Applications, Supply chain management, Cost management, or related roles. /li liUnderstanding of microcontroller or microprocessor or connectivity applications in consumer, industrial, automotive and data center or communications infrastructure applications and systems. /li liUnderstanding of: /li liMicrocontroller architectures (ARM Cortex, RISC-V, etc) /li liConnectivity Technology (WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC) /li liEmbedded software ecosystems /li liSemiconductor cost structures, wafer economics, and supply chain dynamics /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pRenesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, bTo Make Our Lives Easier /b.
