He/she monitors competitors and retrieve information from the field to share with the PM/MM. /pbJob Responsibilities and Essential Duties /bpA list of the main responsibilities and percentage of time spent in each responsibility or group of responsibilities: /ppField Marketing Activities (50%) /pulliPerform training to salesforce and support them throughout the entire sales process /liliShow and describe the product line to customers during congresses and meetings /liliHelp PM/MM in the field activities related to new products launch /liliManage product quality activities with salesforce (i.e., field actions) /liliAnalyze and prepare technical documentation necessary to participate in public tenders /liliDefine technical configuration in coordination with the Sales department /liliTransmit the relevant documentation for the tender to the TO Department /li /ulpMarketing strategies activities (20%) /pulliHelp PM/MM develop and implementing marketing plans and related change to reach established sales target /liliHelp PM/MM to collaborate with international colleagues to share knowledge, to exchange experiences and to address issues /liliHelp PM/MM launch new products to achieve agreed sales and profit objectives /liliHelp PM/MM check validated brochures and marketing material translation /liliHelp PM/MM in managing DEMO products pool /liliHelp PM/MM maintain the salesforce competence at a high and appropriate level /liliHelp PM/MM create and check order configuration to send to production /li /ulpMarket Analysis: (10%) /pulliMonitor competitors and retrieve information from the field to share with the PM/MM /liliHelp PM/MM adjust marketing strategy and execute it to meet changing markets and competitive conditions /liliHelp PM/MM maintain the local pricing strategy within international guidelines /liliProduct scope: Surgical Workflow (capital equipment such as operating tables and surgical lights) /liliTerritory: Central and Northern Italy /liliLocation: Home-based, with required residence in Lombardia. Expected residence in the Milan area (Cinisello Balsamo office available, no mandatory presence) /liliTravel: Availability to travel extensively across the assigned territory, including overnight stays when required.
