Senior Manager, Italy - Defense Systems & Ecosystem Development

Experteer Overview

In this role you will spearhead Italy’s defense Systems & Ecosystem growth, aligning regional initiatives with global roadmaps and targeting national defense programs. You will establish a Milan-based Catalyst Lab, secure IT/export controls, and drive ecosystem collaboration with ministries, primes, and research partners. You’ll shape long-term strategy, oversee regional execution, and engage key government and industry stakeholders to position ADI as a trusted defense partner in Italy.

Responsabilità

• Italian national eligible for required security clearances
• 10+ years leadership experience in Italy's aerospace or defense industry
• Proven track record building and scaling organizations or regional operations
• Established network across Italian defense ecosystems
