ph3Legal Counsel (m/f/d) /h3 pAzienda : Ptv Logistics Tipo Lavoro : Full Time Italy /p h3Descrizione Lavoro - Legal Counsel (m/f/d) /h3 h3Your mission /h3 pAs Legal Counsel, you will be a key partner to our sales, procurement, and product teams — reviewing and negotiating contracts, advising on data protection and European digital regulation, and helping keep our legal documentation and compliance processes up to date. You'll work independently on a broad range of legal topics in the SaaS and IT space, with support from external specialists where needed. /p bYour work spans: /b ul liYou review incoming customer contracts, draft new agreements based on our templates and internal guidelines, and lead negotiations on legal terms. /li liYou assess legal clauses and data protection provisions in supplier, vendor, and third-party agreements, including NDAs and codes of conduct submitted by customers and partners. /li liYou work closely with our external Data Protection Officer, handling Data Processing Agreements and customer data protection inquiries, and maintain our privacy policy, sub-processor list, and data protection management system. /li liYou monitor and advise on EU digital and data law developments — particularly the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and NIS2 — and assess their impact on our products and contracts. /li liYou provide day-to-day legal guidance to the sales team throughout customer deals, perform compliance checks during customer onboarding, and coordinate contract signatures and our legal document repositories. /li liYou support and coordinate trademark filings and searches with external counsel, and act as a stakeholder in initiatives to simplify our contract templates and streamline approval processes. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liYou hold a legal degree (Master's). /li liYou have a solid understanding of European IT and contract law; experience in the SaaS or technology industry is a plus. /li liYou bring practical knowledge of data protection law (GDPR) and familiarity with EU digital regulation such as the CRA or NIS2. /li liYou have strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, paired with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach. /li liYou work independently, structure your own workload, and quickly get up to speed in new subject areas. /li liYou are fluent in English, comfortable with standard tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and enjoy working in a constantly changing and evolving environment. /li /ul h3Why us? /h3 pHere you can find our benefits: PTV Logistics Employees Benefits | PTV Logistics /p h3Contact Person /h3 pMagdalena Riffaultbr/Senior Talent Acquisition Partner /p h3About us /h3 pPTV Logistics - a leading global software company for transportation logistics!br/We calculate and optimize route planning for logistics companies with record-breaking algorithms to maximize time and cost savings.
