Luxury Reservations Manager - Venice Hotel Leadership
San Clemente Palace Venice
San Clemente Palace Venice seeks a full-time Reservations Manager based in Venice. The position oversees the operations of the reservations department, ensuring efficient handling of bookings and optimizing occupancy and revenue.
The successful candidate will manage room inventory, handle guest inquiries, train team members, and prepare performance reports. Expertise in reservations management within luxury hospitality is essential. Fluency in English and Italian is required, while knowledge in the Opera System is an advantage.
The contract lasts until 31.10.2026 with the potential for extension and offers benefits including staff housing, shuttle services, and meals.
