Your day-to-day activities will include developing and testing Motion Control software solutions, supporting commissioning and troubleshooting activities, and collaborating closely with customers, partners, and the sales organization to deliver innovative and high-performing automation solutions. /p h3You’ll make an impact by /h3 ul liDriving the design, development, testing, and validation of Motion Control solutions based on customer requirements and system specifications. /li liManaging parameterization, digital simulation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities for automation and motion applications at customer sites. /li liDelivering technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions to customers and partners in classroom, remote, and on-site environments. /li liTranslating customer application needs into Motion Control architectures, technical specifications, and optimized parameter sets. /li liCollaborating with the sales force to identify the best technical solutions, support proposals, and contribute to business development activities. /li liProviding after-sales technical support, resolving complex technical issues, and sharing lessons learned to continuously improve future applications. /li liExpanding expertise across diverse Motion Control application areas such as Metal Forming, Packaging, Handling, and Converting industries. /li liSupporting the adoption of advanced automation concepts and digitalization technologies, including software design and development. /li /ul h3What makes you a great match: /h3 h3Core Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. /li liExperience with Motion Control technologies, PLC programming, and industrial automation systems. /li liKnowledge of programming languages such as Structured Text (ST) and C; experience with C# is considered a plus. /li liAvailability to travel frequently across Italy and occasionally abroad. /li liProficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken. /li liEligibility to work in Italy. /li /ul h3Preferred Requirements /h3 ul liPassion for the design, development, and commissioning of automatic machines and industrial applications. /li liStrong customer orientation, goal-driven mindset, and ability to work autonomously with initiative. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers, partners, and internal teams. /li liTeam-player attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service quality. /li liDigital mindset, curiosity for innovation, and willingness to continuously learn and develop new competencies. /li liAppreciation for diversity, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within an inclusive work environment. /li /ul h3What you’ll benefit from: /h3 pAt Siemens, we foster a results-driven and trust-based environment, offering a flexible hybrid working model that supports both performance and work-life balance. /p pYou’ll have access to a comprehensive wellbeing ecosystem, including dedicated parenthood support, health reimbursement programs, and psychological support services. /p pOur welfare offering is designed to enhance overall quality of life, while continuous learning opportunities enable your ongoing personal and professional growth. /p pThe pay range for this position is €47.000 –€ 63.000 annually.
