Ruolo e team
Stiamo cercando un* Guext Experience Management Intern (f/m/x) che si unirà alla nostra squadra con un contratto di Stage di 6 mesi. In questo ruolo, farai parte del nostro dipartimento Customer Care, supportando e contribuendo attivamente alla gestione dei clienti. Il lavoro si svolge su turni di 6,5 ore, dal lunedì al sabato.
Responsabilità
- Creazione e analisi sondaggi sulla soddisfazione dei clienti;
- Analisi recensioni, reclami e feedback per identificare opportunità di miglioramento;
- Creazione di report/presentazioni per identificare i trend;
- Monitoraggio KPI (NPS/CSAT)
Qualifiche richieste
- Preferibile laurea;
- Competenza linguistica: Madrelingua italiano (o C2 italiano); fluenza in Inglese (sia scritto, che parlato). La conoscenza di altre lingue rappresenta un forte plus;
- Buona conoscenza ed utilizzo del pacchetto Office (soprattutto Excel: tabelle pivot; formule di base)
- Eccellenti doti organizzative e di time-management;
- Problem‑solving, flessibilità e puntualità;
- Proattività e senso critico.
