What you will do

This is a rare opportunity for a student to gather a meaningful experience in an exciting role within a top global Real Estate Asset Manager. You will support the team in national and international transaction processes and asset management duties.

What you can expect

• Support underwriting of acquisitions, including development and management of financial models, market research, detailed property assessment and preparation of investment memoranda for internal and external investment committees
• Support due diligence process and deal execution
• Support initial deal analysis and review of new investment strategies
• Supporting all aspects of asset management duties for properties under management in Italy
• Interaction with professionals in various departments across Europe
• Assistance at cross‑functional and international projects with a focus on independent handling and quality assurance on large data sets
• Supporting the transaction processes, both for acquiring and disposing assets (can include quality assurance of data rooms, supporting the team with internal and external approval processes)
• Close interaction and collaboration with professionals in the various departments, such as Transaction, Portfolio Management and Corporate Finance
• Support our ESG specialists to realize the goal setting on GRESB results for our Real Estate Investment Funds

What you will bring

• Master’s degree / ongoing Master studies
• Relevant work experience based on other internships or as working student
• Proficient analytical, technical and writing skills including very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications (in particular strong Excel skills are advantageous)
• Must have strong Italian & English fluency (written and verbal)
• Very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications (in particular Excel)
• Very high degree of analytical competence
• Eager to learn and contribute and therefore being open minded to get staffed on various projects
• Ability to function in a team‑oriented setting as well as demonstrating your own strong initiative
• Self‑starter with the ability to multi‑task on complex structures/deals with the ability to set priorities
