- Act as a trusted scientific expert, supporting evidence generation, engaging with KOLs, and delivering impactful medical insights to shape strategy and improve patient outcomes in oncology.
- Develop and execute regional oncology medical engagement plans, targeting key oncology healthcare professionals and centers.
- Facilitate investigator-initiated studies (IIS) and collaborate with external experts on scientific research.
- Partner with physicians on publications, advisory boards, congresses and medical education activities.
- Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on oncology data, including clinical trial results and treatment pathways.
- Gather and communicate field-based medical insights to inform oncology strategy, lifecycle management and market access.
- Support internal teams (Market Access, Commercial, Marketing) with oncology expertise and scientific input.
- Deliver training on oncology topics to internal stakeholders.
- Map and prioritize oncology centres, networks and thought leaders using CRM tools.
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent)
- Approximately 2–3+ years’ experience as an MSL within Oncology or strong oncology clinical/research background
- Real-world evidence (RWE) and data interpretation
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in medical affairs
- Fluency in Italian (essential)
