Experteer Overview

In this role you will guide the strategy, planning and execution of healthcare professional education across Stryker’s Acute Care, Sage and SmartCare lines in EMEA. You will shape medical education programs, including curricula, symposia and training, in partnership with Sales, Marketing and cross‑functional teams. You’ll engage KOLs, deliver content across in‑person and digital formats, and manage programs from concept to evaluation. This position offers hybrid flexibility and a chance to advance medical education in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.Reimbursement / Benefits

• Develop and implement the medical education strategy and annual plan
• Create and deliver educational content across formats (in‑person, virtual, on‑demand)
• Manage curriculum development and event delivery, including budget oversight
• Lead project management of education programs with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Events, Finance)
• Engage and develop KOLs and clinical experts for education initiatives
• Brand and platform development within Medical Education; support new platform initiatives
• Evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements
• Mentor and influence across the business to execute education strategy
• Stay informed on industry trends and clinical advancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor
• 8+ years of experience including Sales/Marketing and/or Medical Education strategy/programs in MedTech/Biotech/Pharma or related fields
• Strong organizational skills and cross‑country project management
• Strategic and tactical thinking with analytical/problem‑solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal communications and English proficiency
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder influence across senior internal and external partners
• Ability to collaborate in a matrixed, fast‑paced environment and travel up to 40%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Integrity and ability to manage confidential information
