Our client, a leading family-owned company in the professional foodservice equipment sector, seeks a Managing Director for Italy (Milan area). Based north of Milan, you will lead a 40-employee team across sales, service, marketing and logistics, driving growth, service expansion, and portfolio development.
You will optimize operations, deepen customer relationships, and capture new market opportunities while ensuring profitability and digital advancement.
