ppAs our next Brand Activation Project Manager, you will embark on a pivotal mission in strategically planning, coordinating, and executing global and regional brand activation initiatives for Panerai. /ppThis role ensures that all projects align with the brand's luxury positioning, distinctive values, and strict brand guidelines, contributing to enhanced brand visibility, engagement, and desirability through impactful experiences. /ph3Your impact /h3pProject planning coordination /pulliLead the development of detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for brand activation campaigns and events. /liliCoordinate and manage the end-to-end execution of assigned brand activation projects, from initial brief and conceptualization through to implementation, monitoring, and post-event analysis. /liliEnsure all project activities adhere to the global brand activation guidelines, luxury standards, and operational processes established. /li /ulh3Stakeholder management execution /h3pStakeholder management execution /pulliAct as a key point of contact and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital, Product Development) and external partners (agencies, vendors, suppliers) for specific projects. /liliManage brief development, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability are defined and maintained for all project participants to ensure seamless integration and execution. /liliOversee the logistical and operational aspects of events, campaigns, and activations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution. /li /ulh3Performance monitoring Brand compliance /h3pPerformance monitoring Brand compliance /pulliMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and collect/analyze data for post-campaign reporting and ROI evaluation. /liliEnsure strict adherence to Panerai's brand guidelines, visual identity, messaging, and luxury standards across all activation touchpoints and materials. /liliReview and approve creative assets, communications, and production elements for assigned projects to maintain brand consistency and quality. /liliPrepare regular project status updates, contribute to the refinement of brand activation processes and best practices, and support regional/local teams for consistent implementation of initiatives. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in project management within brand activation, marketing, or events, preferably within the luxury sector or a premium brand environment. /liliProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. /liliSolid understanding of project management methodologies and tools. /liliFamiliarity with luxury brand positioning, consumer behavior, and market dynamics. /liliExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders. /liliStrong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a results-oriented mindset. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software. /liliFluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages (e.g. French) are a significant plus. /liliAvailability to travel internationally as required to oversee project execution and support events. /li /ulh3Why join us? /h3pAt Panerai, you will thrive in a dynamic and international environment guided by a shared passion for innovation and precision.
